Adikt.AI provides an AI-powered creative generation platform that enables users to create video advertisements, UGC content, product images, and other creative assets using artificial intelligence models. The Service includes tools for script generation, text-to-speech, AI avatar video generation, video stitching, and asset management.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API keys associated with your account. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems; (e) use the Service to generate deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery.

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated using the Service is owned by you, subject to the rights of any third-party models or assets used in the generation process. The Service itself, including its original code, features, and functionality, is owned by Adikt.AI and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adikt.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
