  • Account Information: Name, email address, profile picture (provided via Auth0/Google/GitHub OAuth).
  • Usage Data: API call logs, generation history, credit consumption, session duration.
  • Payment Data: Billing information processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, and similar technologies.
  • Generated Content: Scripts, videos, images, and other creative assets you produce using the Service.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Contract: Processing necessary to perform our contract with you (providing the Service).
  • Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for our legitimate interests (improving the Service, fraud prevention).

  • Cloudflare: Content delivery and storage (R2).
  • AI Providers (KIE.ai, ElevenLabs, OpenAI): Content generation processing.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Generated content is retained until you delete it or your account is terminated. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
